WELCOME TO PROJECT TUTTI: TUTTI ITALIAN BLEND
Not long ago, living in North Beach, San Francisco's historically Italian neighborhood, I spent a lot of time cooking and developing new recipes to hedge the high cost of living. I needed an Italian Dressing for a side dish, and the grocery store options I found were poor -- even the best brands use chemical emulsifiers. After significant trial and error, I developed this versatile salad dressing and marinade blend which has been unexpectedly well received every time I serve it. I would like for you to give it a try and tell me what you think.
